“Phenomenal service!
I was immediately greeted by the owner and given a tour of the facility when I arrived for my 1 hour massage. They offer large changing rooms, clean restrooms, and even showers/lockers to make you more comfortable during your time there.
Once I changed into a thick, comfy robe, I waited in a room with soothing music, and candles.
Before, during, and after my massage, Ritchie, my masseuse, was very professional and catered to every muscle ache or pain. I was so relaxed that I actually fell asleep during the last 10 minutes or so. This is a rare one for me! He was amazing! I was able to experience a foot massage that didn’t tickle for the first time in my life. I will absolutely be requesting him again. “I’ve used Arbor several times now for spa pedicures. The staff is always friendly, and my tired and calloused nurse feet get the pampering they desperately need. The spa chairs tend to be hit or miss in the massage feature working, and one basin has malfunctioned and overflowed twice, leaving the poor technician embarrassed as she quickly mops up the floor.

But none of that trumps the service you get! You walk in the door, and once you’re checked in, they ask if you need anything: coffee, water, wine? There’s a bowl of Hershey’s Kisses in the waiting area. Seriously, I’ve sipped a chardonnay and savored chocolate with my pedi! Mike, who I believe is the co-owner, is always floating around, checking in with his technicians and the clients, seeing if there’s anything you need.
